1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SuperSeller AI ("Service"), operated by Rensto LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SuperSeller AI is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered content creation, social media management, competitor intelligence, and business automation tools for local businesses. The Service includes:

• AI-generated content (videos, posts, captions) for social media platforms
• Automated publishing to connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
• Instagram Direct Message outreach to qualified business prospects
• Competitor analysis and market intelligence
• WhatsApp-based approval workflows and AI agent communication
• Landing page generation and lead capture

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

When you connect your Facebook Pages or Instagram Business accounts to SuperSeller AI, you authorize us to:

• Read your account profile information and media
• Create, edit, and delete posts on your behalf
• Read and send Instagram Direct Messages for business outreach
• Access engagement metrics and audience insights
• Manage comments and interactions on your posts

You may disconnect your accounts at any time through our admin dashboard. Disconnecting will stop all automated actions on those accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malicious content or malware
• Impersonate other individuals or businesses
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms or Community Standards

6. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed through PayPal and Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is created for your use. You own the rights to content generated for your business through our platform. We do not claim ownership of your generated content. However, AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing, as we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors.

8. Data Usage

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rensto LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
