• Social Media Data: When you connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts, we access page content, engagement metrics, insights, and messaging data as authorized by you through Meta's OAuth flow.
• Usage Data: How you interact with our platform, including content generation history, approval actions, and scheduling preferences.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through PayPal and Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate and publish AI-crafted content to your connected social media accounts.
• Analyze post performance and engagement to optimize content strategy.
• Send and receive Instagram Direct Messages for business prospect outreach on your behalf.
• Provide analytics dashboards and performance reports.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Meta Platforms: To publish content and access insights on your connected accounts.
• AI Service Providers: Anthropic (Claude), Kie.ai, PiAPI for content generation. Only content prompts are shared, never your personal data.
• Payment Processors: PayPal and Stripe for transaction processing.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers (PostgreSQL database, Cloudflare R2 for media). Social media tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and regular security audits.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Access, update, or delete your account data at any time.
• Disconnect your social media accounts from our platform.
• Request a copy of your data.
• Opt out of marketing communications.

7. Meta Platform Data

Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms. We only access data that you explicitly authorize through the OAuth permission flow.
